Gold Rush was founded in 1975 by drag racer and engineer Bill Schlott when he came to the realization that the enclosed car hauler he designed and built for himself would be the next booming trend in a growing motorsports industry. Gold Rush was the pioneer in all aluminum enclosed car trailers, and while others have tried to copy our design and engineering standards, no manufacturer has been able to copy our quality. Quickly, Gold Rush became the standard of the industry, unsurpassed by any other in quality, fit and finish and resale value where it still remains today.
Currently Gold Rush occupies 69,000 sq. ft. of design and manufacturing space in Denver, PA. Our customers know they are paying for quality, and our engineers and fabricators work closely with customers to satisfy their individual needs. Our engineering department employs SolidWorks 3D solid modeling and analysis software to create each trailer digitally before it is built in the factory. Customers receive drawings of their trailer layout to review and customize before their trailer is built.
Currently owned by Philip Lankford, for over a decade , Gold Rush has a market span of forty-eight states, over a dozen countries, and four continents. We have built for everyone from individual racers to Fortune 500 companies, including many of the pros that you see every week, and countless major brands that you use every day to meet their needs in both motorsports, marketing and specialized business applications.
